How much advance notice is needed to book your services?
None at all! We’re ready whenever you need us, and we’ll take care of your particular needs right away. We are available to do last minute cleaning services and repairs, and even late night check-ins. However, our service is booked on a first come, first serve basis and we give preference to those who give us advanced notice. We care for each of our listings individually, but there may be times when we’re temporarily unavailable to accept new hosts due to high demand.
What if my guest arrives outside of business hours?
We take care of everything, don’t even worry!
What is the live check-in process like?
Security is priority to us. Key exchanges will only be done in the following ways:
1. In-person with confirmed guests or staff members of Drop The Keez
2. Through password-protected smart boxes with unique code communicated to guest prior to arrival
3. Through smart locks that can be used only by guests and Drop The Keez
How do I book services?
Every service can be booked through our website. If you choose our full management service, we will schedule a home visit to meet you, evaluate your listing, and get the keys from you. The rest of the services can be setup online.
What does full management service mean?
With Drop The Keez, you’re gaining time and peace of mind. After you get started, you won’t hear from us, but we’ll always be available for you. We will handle everything related to renting out your property on Airbnb: setting up the account, responding to inquires, maintaining the listing, being the emergency contact for guests, cleaning the listing, replenishing consumables, inspecting for damages after every stay, and repairing when needed.
Does Drop The Keez manage single room listings?
How do I cancel my Drop The Keez account?
We do not have a fixed-term commitment, but we ask for a 30-day courtesy notice.
What happens if a guest damages my property?
It’s an unusual case, but Drop The Keez will assist with filing a host guarantee claim with Airbnb.
Am I able to block off certain dates on my calendar?
Yes! Just let us know and we’ll take care of it. You can also do it directly through your account by logging in, but we ask to be notified anyway so we’re on top of it.
Am I able to manually update prices on my calendar?
We ask that you do not manually update any prices. We monitor pricing very closely and use a third party to automatically update in real time. However, if you know of a local event that you believe should be accounted for, just let us know and we’ll update on our end.

By request. We mainly manage properties on Airbnb as their system is the most effective. We make sure your listing consistently ranks high in the search results and your rates are set to maximize revenue.
